Why I do this
After years as a Controller and Finance Executive across construction and multi-division organizations, I realized something important: small to mid-sized construction companies often get stuck between what a bookkeeper provides and what a CPA delivers.
That “in-between space” is where visibility is lost, and profits are left on the table.
I created the Project Finance Group to bridge that gap. We specialize in project accounting for construction companies, giving you the clarity to see where you stand, where you’re headed, and how to increase your bottom line.
